I don’t even know where to begin with this wedding. It was amazing. Sienna and Ian contacted me a while ago about flying to Maryland to photograph their wedding. I have been beyond excited to go for such a long time! It was crazy when the time finally came for me to fly out there! I am in love with just about anything green, so I knew I would LOVE photographing the East Coast. Not only that, but I have always wanted to photograph a wedding at the DC temple! It is SO BEAUTIFUL!
First, Ian and Sienna were such a blast to work with!! They were so willing to try anything and so easy to work with!
Their bridals are insanely beautiful—like some of my most favorite photographs I have ever taken. Sienna’s sweet cousins found the location for us to use! (Also, I stayed with them and they are so awesome! I feel like part of their family now!) The location we picked out was a flower garden full of colorful flowers and right on water, too! The weather was absolutely perfect, too! Not too cold, but definitely overcast (I didn’t see the sun a single time my entire trip!). I think I will stare at their bridals forever.
Their wedding day was also so so beautiful and perfect. I got to walk around the temple grounds and take photos of the temple while they were getting sealed. It was so peaceful and beautiful. I honestly just love that temple so much. The colors they chose were also so very beautiful and everyone was so cooperative for the photos! Once again, they are absolutely gorgeous.
Their reception was in Philadelphia, though, so as soon as we were done with photos, we hit the road! We drove a few hours to where the reception was going to be held, and it was also SO BEAUTIFUL! Oh my goodness, I cannot say it enough how beautiful and perfect everything was! Sienna’s mom made the cake and wow it was so delicious!!! I am not a huge cake fan, but I could have eaten that whole thing! The food truck provided the most delicious food, too. I am craving it right now as I type! I loved all of the little details. They ended the night with the coolest dance party and EVERYONE danced (except for me haha)!
